Application documents
Your application should contain the following documents:
- cover letter
- tabular CV
- copies of certificates and qualifications or work references
Cover letter
- individual description of the current activity
- indication of the earliest possible starting date
- salary expectations
Key questions to be answered:
- "Why are the job and the company interesting for me?"
- "What makes Ketterer interesting as an employer for me?"
Tabular CV
The resume in tabular form should be well structured so that the important information about yourself, your career and your qualifications and skills can be quickly identified at a glance.
At least the following points should be present:
- Personal data such as Name, address, contact options, date and place of birth
- Career Special knowledge (e.g. foreign languages, qualifications, etc.)
- Hobbys and Interests Place, date and signature
The interview
As a rule the personnel management and the respective department head / supervisor will be present..
Your interview could look like this:
- Begrüßung
- Kurze Vorstellung des Unternehmens sowie der Stelle
- Selbstvorstellung des Bewerbers
- gegebenenfalls spezifische, stellenbezogene Tests
- Fragen von Arbeitgeber und Bewerber
